New Jersey Wedding Photographer and Cinematographer
My name is Patrick Huston, and I am a professional, full time wedding and event photographer and cinematographer. With my wife, Stephanie, we are PSH Photography & Film. I say “we are” because this isn’t just a job or a weekend gig for us. We are fully devoted and committed to capturing and telling your story in a thoughtful and artistic way. Being a photographer isn’t just about posing and f-stops. It’s about feeling the room, the awareness, the anticipation of what’s about to happen. Moments that no matter what anyone thinks, cannot occur twice if missed. It’s these candid moments that I strive to capture naturally, as they happen without my influence. I’ve learned all of this over time while constantly striving to improve from each event I’ve attended.
My professional life began as a freelance photographer and cinematographer before creating PSH. In this time I’ve worked with celebrities such as Jay Leno, Paul Anka, Mitch Albom, and Tony Bennett to name a few. I filmed the World Classic Rockers performing at a private party and worked with numerous local bands producing demos and music videos. I spent a weekend filming with David Feherty at a golf charity event along with many local professional sports figures at several different events including Stanley Cup Champion Dennis Seidenberg of the Boston Bruins. I followed former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter as he read to children in classrooms across Philadelphia and I have worked with The Boys And Girls Club of America. I’ve trudged through cranberry bogs documenting the growing and harvesting process for the Lee Bros Farm, Integrity Propagation, Rutgers University, and Ocean Spray. I’ve captured countless events as families celebrated their new beginnings of life.
Since I began PSH I’ve given this experience and knowledge to all of my clients. We’ve walked on beaches, trails, through parks and cities together. We worked together through blizzards, hurricanes, a visit from the Pope, and a pandemic to replan and reschedule. We laughed and cried together. We’ve become an extended family together. This is what I’ll give to you for your story.
